This is the wrong place for a homeless facility of any kind. Too far from facilities like grocery stores, bus routes and other necessary services. Do “not” build on this proposed location!!

Sage Creek Community and adjacent communities do not want this facility in the area. It’s not appropriate to have in such close range to a retirement community for the obvious reasons of safety on all levels!

This location is too close to a school, and our gated community where we are already dealing with too much petty crime.

As Sage Creek is a retirement community, the proximity of this facility poses grave safety concerns to residents, their quality of life and property value!

I don't think this is good for our community

This proposed facility location is too close to a school to be safe. We live in the gated community close to where this is to be built, and are already dealing with too much petty crime. Having a "wet" facility, ie one that allows use of illegal drugs will only increase that problem.

Too many vulnerable people in Sage Creek Development to have this type of housing so close to us. I am against it.

As a Resident of Sage Creek, which is on WFN land, this development is too close to our 45 and over community of 250 homes. Also the Proposed site has no PUBLIC TRANSIT access. We in Ssge Vreek, over thebpast 4 5 years have had numerous break in of autos within Our Gated Community. This Development will NOT BE SAFE for the existing neighborhoods. No matter what supervision they say they might offer. IMHO. Put it on PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OR WEST KELOWNA Land, NOT WFN LAND. IMHO.

Why would WFN build several gated communities then even consider a ‘supported housing project’? With a ‘wet facility’? Chief Tomat Elementary school is not that far away, are you really not concerned with all those children in this area?

Please don't let wet housing be built in this area with families and kids close by.
