This facility is located in an isolated area and should be in an area where facilities such as transit and shopping is more readily available. It will also be too close to family housing. This is not the location that will work.

I believe there is no need for supportive housing near my neighborhood where my kids and all other kids play close by. There’s enough crime in this neighborhood as is. So many cars are getting broken into and property being stolen around the houses.

If WFN wants to keep building gated communities it would be in their best interest to NOT go ahead on this. No safe walking at night or day, schools within close vicinity. These places are NEVER policed correctly.

We already have enough problems with people coming through our community and do not need to add addicts who are allowed to use

Look at the report on crime in Penticton around BC supportive housing. We are a community of seniors.
