Westbank and West Kelowna do not have facilities or policing to handle the growth of the communities. Adding housing that will allow for alcohol and drug use does not help. Real estate property values will drop. I enjoy my residence on WFN and the community I reside in. My children and others use the open field, known to them as Pine Cone Patch, to ride bikes, slide in the winter, run and play in. This field will become unusable as it will be filled with garbage, drug paraphernalia, drug use and dealing. This housing should be kept in Kelowna where resources are better.

I am against this development. I live in a senior community close to this proposed development. In our community, we already have undesirable people coming through our gated community at night looking for things to steal. I would imagine that these people who are allowed to do drugs are not working and contributing to the community. There are no grocery stores around or public transportation. We do not want these people walking through our community and adding to the theft problem we already have. Thank you.

I would like to say this is not the ideal area to put this in there’s other open areas that aren’t around schools and residential housing it could be out . So I’m not agreeing with this

I do NOT support a wet facility on WFN Lands. Everywhere else a wet facility has been put in crime has increased by up to 200% and is counter productive for safe communities,

We are seniors and do not want this type of housing near our community as the crime rate does go up where this type of housing has been built.

We have a lot of seniors in this area as. Well as young children. I am sure they have a lot more land where a facility of this kind would go

I need to feel safe in my home and neighborhood. Statistics show this has diminished with this new housing project. I am totally against it. I don't want to me an 'easy opportunity' to those in need.

This is too close to any residential homes. I believe a facility like this should be put up for those in need of one but not in a residential area. Build on land where there are at least 10 km away from any residential area.
