I live on Armsby Lane. A fire in the area of the Sycamore option could trap the entire neighborhood as there is no other exit. A fire that starts at any of the Watsonville corridor sites can easily spread to Armsby Lane. I urge PG&E to reject and remove these options in the next round of site refinements.

Bad Idea to destroy the natural beauty of this region. Protect the environment, expand the substation at Metcalf if necessary!

That area drains to Little Arthur and Uvas creeks, both federally protect Steel head runs. Redwood retreat Rd is also a county designated scenic Rd. They should expand the station and yard in Morgan Hill or put it next to all the development Gilroy is doing along Santa Theresa Rd

Please no PG&E substation on Watspnville Road. Let's keep that area pristine and free from unsightly obstructions.

BAD IDEA! Really PG&E!? This is what you came up with? I would hope you would be more environmentally concerned and appreciate the natural beauty of that area. Leave it be!!!

One of the last scenic rural areas in the bay area threatened by developers. When people visit this area they always comment on how beautiful it is to drive on these scenic rural roads. Watsonville road in particular. What would they say after PG&E destroys that beauty?

I grew up here and my mother still lives there. It would be a catastrophic mistake to build the proposed substation.

This would be devistating at so many levels to any of the proposed areas.

I'm against building the substation in this scenic Watsonville corridor where natural habitat will be destroyed. I'm for upgrading the West Main substation instead..

All the proposed sites are higher fire danger than expanding Metcalf or more urban settings. In addition to the station, new lines across wooded areas will be required to connect with the existing high voltage transmission lines.

Watsonville Road is a "Scenic Route" and is designated a "Wine Trial." What a tragedy to destroy this beautiful scenic area for our generation and generations to come. PG&E must consider other more environmentally acceptable options.
