Roads are already terrible. Finish HWY 21 updates particularly in front of Miller's. This is NOT THE AREA for that mess.

We do not want this in our neighborhood!! And are there are no restrictions for the overbuilding that can happen in Fort Mill?? I don’t see large areas of greenways, being maintained and protected like other states have!

Do not approve Silfab Solar Panel plant to located in the Fort Mill SC area. Traffic congestion is already a problem in the area. Having a manufacturing plant next to a school is nonsense.

We do not want another polluting manufacturer in our area! The town of Fort Mill hasn’t held any companies accountable to the health risks they pose to those who live here.

I absolutely oppose this solar plant. ESPECIALLY with a new Elementary school being developed just behind/to the side of it; right through the woods. DO BETTER FORT MILL! Keep our residental and industrial areas seperate. WE LIVE HERE! Our families play here. Our children are growing here. Our infrastructure is already sub-par for our residential area. There is no room for the addition of more industrial traffic due to piss poor planning for all this growth that is already here; much less what is not here yet. All of this impacts our daily lives in so many ways, for the worst. Additionally, WHY do homeowners who rent out their homes pay 6% taxes, yet this large company is only proposed to pay 4% taxes? Somebody make this make sense!
