Please prohibit this plant from ruining our town. We don’t need or want it. Not all business is good business. This will wreck home values and cause a halt to our growth bc people will sell and leave.

We do NOT support the development of the Silfab Solar Plant. It should not be allowed within a populated area like Fort Mill and poses potential health issues for the students and residents surrounding it. Please, members of the Board of Zoning Appeals, vote NO on rezoning this site.

Vote no. This would be so toxic and dangerous for our community.

This is insane! I live, work, and breath in Fort Mill and have children that attend schools here. I am a resident of Regent Park and am strongly opposed to this plant. This will be a black mark on Fort Mill which should instead focus on our crown jewel - the Anne Springs Close Greenway. Start trying to preserve nature instead of destroying it to put more money in the hands of politicians.

This should not be built in such a densely populated area, and next to schools. There have to be better areas that are in the middle of industrial areas that would be better.

Not only the dangerous chemicals, but again more and more traffic near the school; plus another housing development I can see coming. Why pick us?

The traffic impact, negative economic impact of more low-paying jobs, and potential negative environmental impacts on the schools and local community are extremely concerning. Besides, as a resident of Regent Park, our energy through York Electric Co-op was far more affordable than getting solar panels. Let a community who needs/wants them build them!!!

Allowing this plant to be built so close to 2 new schools and in such a densely populated area is irresponsible and not in the best interests of Fort Mill residents
