The creation of low paying new jobs is of little concern compared to the potential hazards of have a manufacturing facility of this nature inside of our community. A facility like this would be more suitable for a more rural, lower population density area. I believe that the current use as a distribution center is the appropriate zoning for the Fort Mill community.

Opposed to potential environmental impact as well as the fact that Fort Mill does not have the infrastructure to handle current growth let alone the additional traffic of this plant.

Fort Mill is better than this. Please vote no to rezoning for Silfab!

This must be stopped. It is dangerous and clearly not legal under the definition of light industrial zoning.

STOP SILFAB! This manufacturing plant will emit hazardous chemicals in the immediate vicinity of an elementary and middle schools. This is irresponsible and not something we want in this community!

This is absolutely the wrong type of industry we want in our town. The health concerns alone should make this an automatic NO.

My husband died of pulmonary fibrosis. My grandson attends school nearby. Please. Please. Do not permit a company to have this area rezoned to industrial. Lives are more valuable than money.
