I am against this plant as it is toxic to the community, and children most importantly.

No Re Zoning! People's lives and well being should be important to County officials. Canada has plenty of open spaces for this plant.

I am a fort mill resident and mom of 3 children the fact that York county is even entertaining this proposal is insane our children are way more important than then any economic benefits gained by allowing this plant in our town so closed to densely populated areas

This is completely unnecessary and dangerous to our community. Why would any reasonable person even consider putting an accident waiting to happen of such dangerous consequences less than a quarter of a mile from 2000 elementary and middle school children.
And of course we all know the required road structure will be in place to support such an operation. Go take a drive on 21 during rush hour and see how congested it is already, not to mention all the potholes we have to navigate around as we make our way along 21.

we pay too much money in taxes and property to have a manufacturing plant open up to deal with harmful chemicals. also too many kids live nearby

The petition says it all. This is absurd to be even considering allowing such a manufacturer in our town, no less in South Carolina. Do the right thing and stop it before a possible/probable disaster happens. In addition with the use of all that water, how and where is it going after it is used? Into the ground? Into tank trucks to who knows were?
