The downside is too great. History tells is yhat these places are ticking timebombs. Not if there will be mishaps, but when. Build the plant, West of the Mississippi where there are miles of unpopulated land. Speaking of land. What would this fo to my home value, that I have worked literaly decades for. No Plant.

Please do not change the zoning for this company. Dhec has determined there are three toxic chemicals that will be released.

There is no reason to have a plant with hazardous, toxic chemicals, near children, schools or residential areas.

This is an environmental hazard that has the potential to harm our children in our communities. Do not bring this company to our area.

No this shouldn’t start. No solar plant. Don’t approve for solar plant

there is already too much traffic and congestion in this area. ft mill has grown like crazy in the last few years and critical infrastructure is way behind. also a plant with chemicals that close to a school and residential housing? no. move that farther out.

This new proposed chemical plant should NOT be allowed!! Please reconsider and move it to a safer location.

The proximity to large suburban homes and families concerns me. The transport of dangerous chemicals to this plant also concerns me. Vote no. Move this out of the chartlotte metro region

Common sense should tell all (looking at you Board of Zoning Appeals) this is a bad idea. Common sense would also tell you to look out for the people in the county, especially our children.

Sign me up. I'm against the rezoning. I'm against the Silfab Plant.
