No Service Station on Newcomb Oil Property

Agriculture area, already a gas station a mile up the road and just before you get to Bowling Alley. We're there first & don't deserve the competition.

Too much congestion

This location is extremely close to a long existing residential area. The other 2 Five Star stores are in more suitable highway commercial locations.

No service station

This is not going to be good for anyone!

This is not good, terrible location to much traffic already,

This is not the place for a gas station, at the entrance of a neighborhood in a small road.

Way to close to the church and those homes. Bad location

No gas station is needed or wanted in this residential neighborhood.

The cite is not suitable

Keep green spaces! Once you build you can't go back.

I believe that taking out the stoplight will only further Complicate A congested intersection. I believe that will cause more wrecks, Ultimately blocking traffic For every direction.

This neighborhood doesn’t need or want another gas station. There are 2 within a mile. Who actually wants a gas station in their neighborhood.

Please, we do not need this nor want this in our neighborhood.

Horrible location causing access issues that would create massive congestion at a major intersection for commuters and locals alike.

A gas station/ convenience would be detrimental to the neighborhood and create unsafe traffic conditions

This will make that already busy intersection so, so much more busy & a safety hazard!!!

Bad traffic flow, bad idea

The intersection doesn’t need anything to cause further congestion and it certainly isn’t in keeping with the setting of the residential neighborhood!
