There are several gas stations nearby on Hwy 34 that are not crowded. We definitely do not need another one.

Why an all-night/24hr./day gas station/beer depot in/so near an established residential area , especially since such commercial zoning/businesses are already so close to this site? Is this really what we want/need and will we be ready/able to deal with the noise/light /added trash polution ? Why ??
