I would have to agree with this being that children look forward to having fun an even when they get home they want to enjoy seeing the candy they got. Why is it that they can't just be kids an if they have to go to school the sleep required to gave enough rest to be attentive is going to be less then they will have the energy for an all in all let the kids be kids my god this world has lost so much if the family values an its just going to hell

Due to Halloween being the prior night, our North Kansas City School District should not have school November 1st, 2016. Children and teens will be awake later than usual, and be less attentive due to lack of sleep.

I think that kids in the isd should not have school on Tuesday, November 1st due to the time kids stay up on Haloween. This will affect their school work and therefore isd kids should be out of school Tuesday, November 1st

As a high schooler I feel that there's no point if we still have to go to bed earlier then we would on Halloween. It's a night to have fun, and I think we should let the night end when we want not when school wants.
