Our safety and property values will perish with such proximity of this facility.

Ask your Mayor and Lynn Kramer, PVPOA why they meet with the Medical Director prior to the May Zoning Meeting. Why won't they discuss this meeting to the public. So much for transparency!

My concern is our water at this time our water pressure is not always good I cannot see how we can sustain a facilty that has multiple people taking showers, flushing toilets, etc

Maybe this kind of facility is needed, but not in or near an area that has so many families with little children. I'd be very concerned if my grand kids would be playing outside near such a place.

Nah bro . This ain't the place for this. Rezone another place - people with children live in this area.

This should not not happen. Find another area less populated.

This seems like a poor fit for the community. There are families here with young children - not at all an ideal place to relocate drug addicts to. Can't an alternate location be found?

This isn't a good place for the patients. Too much temptation and not enough border, fences, gates, and secure measures.

No need to rezone for something nobody here wants.

I'm concerned for the safety of all the children in our community who will be walking and playing. This will never be a safe place ever again. We are hoping that you will listen to our pleas..

My husband and I moved here 5 years ago to retire . The serene atmosphere up here was perfect for us to start our retirement . NOW we have to worry about what I am sure will occur are robberies , break ins , the crime rate will absolutely increase . It is know from other rehabs that crime is N issue. I am sympathetic to these people and I know they need a facility to recover but not in our residential area. Also not to mention our property value will decrease . I know I would not buy a home knowing this facility was in my backyard . This facility needs to be far away from any community where there is temptation for these people . Also the traffics coming thru for their employees and visitors . I have a father in the assisted care right by the front gate, concerned about his safety . Please do not let this go thru , this community will never be the same.

Way too close to our residential community. It needs to be built someplace else, not here!!!

This company has a site in Florida that does not appear to be well maintained or properly staffed. That is not the kind of company we need in our area.

Not in favor of having this facility here in our community.

Absolutely not! There are schools (kindergarten and elementary) within walking distance of where they want this facility built!
