Red Flag Laws were designed so that the government could just say anything as a way to confiscate our guns. Dictators need a hard lesson to learn by not messing with our freedoms. History needs to be repeated.

So called ‘Red Flag laws’ violate numerous Constitutional Amendments written to protect our pre-existing, naturally occurring, inalienable rights. There are already innumerable laws on the books prohibiting criminal behavior, You simply cannot punish someone for something that he may, or may not do, whilst your Government is breaking numerous Constitutional laws in the process! How hypocritical to break laws in order to punish someone who might, possibly, at some point in time, break a law! A person is innocent until Proven Guilty in a court of Law, by a Jury of their Peers.
