Unconstitutional laws are not valid. They can only exist in the jurisdiction of contract law, which today they call Statutory Jurisdiction. We do not consent to your offer to contract, and retain our rights. This is "legalized" fraud, and fraud legalized or not, is still a crime.

This violates the 2nd amendment, process of due rights, right to face accuser and has cost the life of Mr Gary J Willis of Maryland by the jackbooted thugs of the Anne Arundal County police who shot him during a gun seizure.
