This law is one that will be used to kill gun owners. It has happened, I seen where I think in Maryland they killed a 70 year old man using this red flag law. IT MUST BE STOPED!

The Parkland shooting would not have happened if Sheriff Israel had reported any of the 39 times police had been called to the shooter's house. Enforce existing laws!

The red flags laws and crap the anti gun left radicals and dummerrats are trying to pull is 1) un constitutional 2) already has caused blood shed 3) UN Hiring. People to come take our guns is another power grab is illegal 4) All Dummerrats , liberal politicians including illegals, Musliums And folks like Mike Bloomberg, Tulsi Gabbard, George Sorros and. koch brothers should all be arrested. And jailed for Government coup, tyranny, treason and more . President Trump needs to send military officials to arrest them And the UN! Now! If you are a member of congress you would be in jail NOW if it were up to me. Along with the people you are working for!

If someone is a danger to others or themselves, they should be held. We have laws prohibiting Felons from owning guns. It's past time that the medical profession step up and identify those who are a danger. Not some Joe Blow. Our laws require proof, not hearsay.
