first thing the government and military did to we American Indians was take away our guns and then put us on reservations. The 14th amendment forbid us from being citizens. Not until the June 1924 Indian citizenship act where we granted citizenship it did not say native American it said Indian. First state too grant American Indians to vote was New Mexico the others followed up to 1960 except for two states Colorado and Utah they granted American Indians the right to vote in 1970. Federal law prohibiting full-blood American Indians from owning rifles was finally rescinded in 1979.

If the government has nothing to hide, then they shouldn't mind the law abiding citizens of the United States to excersize our constitutional freedoms and rights.

Keep proven and convicted criminals locked up instead of plea bargains for lesser sentences and no prison time and quit coming after law-abiding citizens.

I declare that that the ERPO Laws being brought forth; will and have in other states, will kill innocent people who have no clue that a family member or new neighbor who clearly does not understand gun ownership called the police on them because of their fear.
Having a door bashed in at 3 or 4 am will send any home owner to retrieve their home defense weapon and respond, being full of adrenaline and having tunnel vision, they will not know that it is the police coming to take their guns, and it will be a blood bath for the family, and even possibly a police officer in the midst of an unnecessary gun fight.
