It is not right to view marriage as a solution to pre-marital sex if the intention is to right any wrongs or restore a family's reputation. Marriage is a sacred bond and institution between two equals and should be respected as such. Marriage is not the answer to a problem. In any case, marrying a young girl off does not solve anything, neither does it rewrite what already happened.
A person with such education and weakness in mind should not be put there to bring shame to the nation.

A rapist is a pervert and mentally twisted. How can you allow the poor girl live with a pervert and a person of unsound mind? The law should force the rapist pay for the upbringing of the baby if any.
