Rape is a SERIOUS CRIME.
Causes irreparable damage to victims and their families. Traumatic and a nightmare for the victims for years to come while their loved ones remain helpless.
Sexual offenders MUST BE PUNISHED ALWAYS. The fact that they may be fathers, breadwinners or husbands do NOT make the CRIME less.
The fact that the offenders come from emotionally distraught families is NO EXCUSE.
PUNISH SEXUAL OFFENDERS!!!

If the Tasik Gelugor MP have a daughter and has been raped by an addict...would he accept him as a son in law...rape is a criminal offence and the offender must be punish heavily as it is same as murdering a person bodily and mentally
