No outdoor High Power Rifle Range in residential neighborhood – Coventry Rhode Island

I live within the circle of death on Hope Furnace Rd.

No Outdoor Gun Range !

Please not in my backyard!

I own a goat farm within a half mile. This should not go in. Way to close to the neighbourhoods.

I am an advocate of "The right to Bear Arms" but do not want a range in my backyard.

Absolutely ridiculous proposal ! Only in Coventry would you even think to propose this idea !

This will attract or could create gun violence where there was none before.

Very bad idea, i don't support this at all !! Next to a school?? What are the developers thinking?? Please don't allow this.

I do not agree with the approval of this proposed gun range.

Absolutely do not support this! My son's school was on lockdown last year because someone heard gunshots while the kids were outside. Having it so close to Washington Oak is ridiculous. This a busy road with many houses in the area. This is just too much.

I do not want an outdoor shooting range using high powered guns within one mile of my children’s school. Also, the lead from the bullet casings are dangerous for our water. Furthermore, it is disruptive to natural wildlife in the area. Finally, there are residential homes within 300 ft of the range where children live and play. I’m hoping people show up in droves on Wednesday’s zoning meeting to stop this!

I live nearby and do not want the impact of the noises because we have livestock and dogs that are terrified. Also, I enjoy having wildlife in my back yard.

People’s home are 250 ft from this proposed range and an elementary school is 1 mile down the road.

Dispute being pro-gun, I feel this range is too close to a meaningfully large group of residents and a public school. I oppose this new range.
