in 2015 nobody should be on the streets whatever the reason it is an embarrassment to our community that the council and Government are not doing more to support the individuals in need and relying on the kindness of charities and volunteers shame on you all.

The churches amazingly provide the winter shelter, but the government need to get involved in providing accommodation all year long - stop claiming for expenses for paper clips and pull your fingers out.

There were three homeless people sheltering outside Iceland in Folkestone this morning. One was an old lady.Something must be done to help the vulnerable in our community.

we have a duty of care to protect everyone, there needs to be a premanent shelter where people can go!
