People live in this neighborhood. People who live in this neighborhood have safety concerns. This is not just about people needing a place to park to go to a bar. Also, why are we taking away public park land to give to a private bar. If they need more parking to get more customers and make more money find another space for parking.

It’s a shame to remove mature trees that provide shade while enjoying the park.

No parking at breezewald!!! It will ruin views of the lake for the residents who walk and run on Old Rand Road. It is not safe for kids and families who use the park. It will ruin the entire aesthetic of our downtown and park!!! Put the parking somewhere else.

I'm all for adding more parking around the downtown area, but the way these spots will be constructed you'll only be able to pull in going south on Old Rand. I believe most traffic comes in going North and from Main street. I believe people are going to start making U-turns to park in these spots or pulling into residents private driveways to turn around causing traffic issues along with public safety around the park.

This really would kill the view of the lake, diminish the quality of the park, but most importantly be a real safety issue.

Leave the park alone. No more parking, no more space for sunset pavilion.

NO to the dangerous on-street parking at Breezewald. 16 spaces will not make that much of a difference.
