NO on S. 3319 (FLAVOR BAN)

I'd appreciate the government not take away the reason I don't smoke cigarettes. Sure, it's a vice, but punishing the majority for a small portion of the minority is not okay.

Vape flavors give smokers a change from the disgusting taste of tobacco.

Vaping saves my life. It’s not just a slogan, it’s the truth. I haven’t felt as good as I do now since before I started smoking, that’s over 20 years ago.

I smoked for over 30 years and have been smoke free for almost 4 years now. I quit with the help of vaping Blueberry flavored e liquid. Without it, I doubt I would have been able to quit smoking tobacco. Thank you

The ban on flavor will really hurt all parts of this growing industry and should not be pushed through

Do NOT ban flavored eliquids! Limiting vapers to the options of only "menthol" or "non-menthol" eliquids would be a grave mistake - financially as well as health-related.

I started vaping to quit smoking. I feel better every day. I also don’t stink like a cigarette, and don’t want to again! This is just a bill trying to help out the big tobacco industry. Leave us alone! You’ve already done your damage.

I was able to stop smoking cigarettes, which were causing me health problems, only through vaping. While I’ve tried tobacco flavored ejuice, I did not like it. Had it been the only option available, I’d probably still be smoking cigarettes and watching my health continue to deteriorate. I use fruity, candy, and dessert flavored juices and would have never been able to stop smoking without them. I urge you to consider that the majority of adult vapers share my opinion. I feel like the issue at hand is not the flavors, but the negligent sale of products to minors. The main culprit is the juul, which is sold mainly at gas stations. Remove the juul from gas stations and you make them much harder for minors to acquire.

I left a very detailed comment regarding flavors during the comment period. For the sake of being brief, all I'll say is that vaping saved my life and flavors are key to keeping me off of cigarettes. When I grow tried of one flavor, I can try another. If flavors were banned my risk of smoking again increases 1000%. Because as of right now (meaning with flavors currently being available) I can say with 100% confidence that I will never buy a pack of cigarettes again. Without flavors I cannot say that.

I smoked for 15 years and quit smoking using a fruit flavor. I would have never quit if our only option were tobacco. In fact I still in that first botke of tobacco liquid I thought would help. Please think about people and not profits.

I smoked for 35 years I stopped by vaping with no withdraws and I'm at 3mg of nic, theres more in a cig. I was smoking 3 packs a day, now I feel great, if this passes i'll do it on the black market!

Flavors help people quit smoking. They are a vitle part of the industry.

Please do not ban flavors. If it wasn’t for the different flavors I would still be smoking.

I quit smoking using strawberry flavored eliquid. It was a great distraction from the taste of a cigarette. After using a flavored eliquid I didn’t want to smoke purely because you begin to realize how bad it smells and tastes.
