This is ridiculous, if I didn't have juices with flavors, I wouldn't have been able to quit smoking and giving the tobacco corporations thousands of my own dollars to kill me. What are flavors hurting? People? Or Phillip Morris?

This is just plain nonsense. Vaping is the most effective way possible to give a truly addicted smoker a chance at getting off the coffin nails. I've tried more times than I can count to quit cigarettes and never had any luck until I found vaping. Vaping has literally saved my life. I've went from 50 cigarettes a day to zero and feel so much better. Tell Phillip Morris to take his big fat bribe and shove it where the sun don't shine. This has nothing to do with kids and everything to do with big tobacco pushing their agenda by any means necessary including paying of crooked politicians to try and ruin vaping, the real competition because it actually let's people escape the grim reality of toxic cigarette induced death.

This bill and it's supporters are only glancing at the surface. Flavorings in vapor products play a vital role in breaking the bond between smoking tobacco and this replacement habit. Most consumers find the taste of tobacco very unappealing, just as non-smokers do, once they regain their sense of smell and taste. Taking away the appeal of flavor would lead to current users converting back to smoking or attempting to make homemade liquids. Both of which would be disastrous. From my experience in the vapor industry I can soundly say that in order to sell a liquid the marketing and branding behind that liquid makes a larger difference than the liquid itself. Currently the FDA is cracking down on labels and marketing that target our youth. Those efforts are being supported by responsible industry leaders and I feel as though this approach to make vapor products less appealing should be given time before a decision such as this is seriously considered. Vapor products pose only a slight risk to future generations health, while destroying the industry will certainly have major negative implications for those currently addicted to nicotine.

Vaping saved my life I was smoking 6 packs a day then switched to a vape and realized that after quitting smoking cigs my cough and chest pain where gone that’s all thanks to the delicious vape flavors that are around

As an adult who is using vaping to stop smoking I would hate to lose the flavors and if you pass a bill banning you are just going to be pushing more people back to cigarettes!

I hope that this petition sets the record straight. Flavorings are not the problem… The problem areas of the child appealing labels which is being corrected by a lot of vapor companies.

Without flavors other than tobacco, I would not have been able to quit smokeless tobacco. Without flavors, it will be hard to continue to be tobacco free.
