NO on S. 3319 (FLAVOR BAN)

Maintaining access to alternative flavors to tobacco is imperative in the effort to pull people away from traditional combustable cigarettes. Once a vaper receives nicotine from a source that does not make them stink, but which is in fact pleasant incentivizes them to leave smokes behind. Cigs smell and taste nasty after having used a vaporizer for a reasonable amount of time. There's also no reasonable explanation for a flavor ban. Many adult products such as alcohol, energy drinks, and the like have added flavors considered to be appealing to children, but we don't see anyone clamoring to ban birthday cake vodka, because we understand that those products are already meant to be exclusively available to adults. Vape liquid is no different. Enforce the age limit policy effectively, and this becomes a non-issue.

We dont need a nanny state or anymore bricks in the wall. Nobody is served by this and it is a waste of time and money.

Flavored liquid for Vapes/electronic cigarettes is one of the largest reasons I was able to stick with it while using it as a smoking cessation tool. I cannot imagine limiting the flavors moving forward will have nearly the effective impact for those looking to quit. I do not think it wise, and implore you to not enact this or any other bans on flavored e-liquid.

vaping saves more lives than you know, the only two deaths came from battery missusage and not even from the juice itself.

Hell No Do NOT Ban flavors, this will push people right back into smoking cigs and kill millions of people who vaping has saved their lives....

Finally quit smoking after 30 years. I suppose I could get unregulated stuff from China, but have no desire to do so. DO NOT ban flavors!!! Maybe take a hard look at PAC’s or lobbyist’s for big tobacco!

I would still be smoking if the only flavors available were tobacco and menthol.

These are sold in shops where you must be over 18 or 21 to even go inside, so children are not exposed to them. If flavors are banned I might as well go back to cigarettes, even though I use 0mg nicotine right now in my flavors and it has had me cigarette free for years. I don’t want to go backwards with my health, but looks like the government may force us to.

I smoked for 14yrs and had no energy and always out of breath. But with vaping i feel wonderful! I stopped smoking with the help of several flavors! Stop this non sense!

Stop the flavor ban! I used flavors as the main motivation to stop smoking!

I am an adult, I like flavors. As an adult I should have free choice to choose flavors I want.

We need our flavor to help quit smoking, the flavors take away from the urge to have an actually cigarette.

I just feel that the government needs to stop taking away everything that actually works from us. What happened to the land of the free? Seems like we're more and more oppressed every day

Flavors make it even easier for people to quit smoking cigarettes period.

I had an easier time getting cigarettes while UNDERAGE and got addicted for 3 years. I kicked smoking cigarettes with a strawberry custard flavor made by my local shop after I turned 18 and noticed my breathing was becomkng more restricted. My breathing feels as good as it did before I started smoking and I feel 100% better than I did when I did smoke.

Flavors played a vital role in helping me transition away from combustible tobacco products. If the goal is to stop people from using tobacco, I don't understand why you would make the alternative tobacco flavored. I would think that the less similarities that vaping has with tobacco effective it would be.

Stopping the flavors is stupid and a lot of people will lose jobs so. This whole prop is stupid
