NO on S. 3319 (FLAVOR BAN)

I think it’s a disgrace to try and take away something that has been so helpful in aiding so many adults in the fight to quit cigarettes. Especially when I see so many alcoholic beverages with exactly the same flavors when I walk into a gas station or grocery store, where is the ban on the strawberry hard lemonade or the cotton candy vodka??? I do not understand why a government REALLY wants to step in and tell adults that even though this may have saved your life, we want to take it away from you. It really sounds ludicrous to me! Take the alcohol away first; underage drinking is far more traumatic & a bigger problem than vaping! If people do their jobs & parents teach their children I don’t see what the problem is? That’s what ID’s are for, right?

I smoked for 22 years. Flavors have helped me switch completely to vaping.

I quit using a strawberry cream flavor, my current favorites are a peaches and cream pound cake and a grape bubblegum. I recently tried some tobacco flavors and they’re gross. Vaping and flavors saved my life.

Flavors are what helped me and everyone else quit smoking! Stop this Now! If we liked the tobacco flavor, we never would've quit smoking.

This bill has been introduced, not based on fact, rather based upon the intent of protecting the interest of not the people you are supposed to serve but the pharmaceutical and tobacco companies the majority of you do serve. Please keep the health and well being of citizens in mind and vote no on this atrocity.

Having the choice of countless flavors is what helped me quit a pack a day habit.

I am not ok with the flavor ban!!! Adults like flavors too!!!

I used strawberry flavor to quit and do NOT want the taste of tabacco near me. The issue with the kids is no matter what flavor it is kids are going to want to do what adults do. There was no flavored cigarettes when I was young and I started to smoke TABACCO CIGARETTES at 10 YEARS OLD soley because my parents did it. I was smoking cigarettes the whole time until 21 and found electronic cigarettes with flavored juices. Have been vaping for 5 years and feel 1,000 times better than when I was a smoker. Have absolutly no pains anymore. All I'm trying to say is please don't take our flavors, I don't want to go back.

I went from smoking 2 packs a day and feeling miserable to smoking a mint vape pen and it’s helped in so many ways. I do not agree with this at all.

Vaping is healthier than smoking tobacco products

I smoked for 10 years and would have continued smoking if it wasn’t for flavors. It’s life saving. We need them as a community and to save lives.

I fight for my right to vape. I'm an adult and I can decide through research and intuition what I put in my body. Vaping saves lives.

Vaping is 95% safer than cigarettes there is 4 ingredients in vape juice and over 7000 harmful ingredients in cigarettes. If a person is old enough to make their own decision why ban something that is healthier. Flavors are what help me quit smoking I smoked 31 years and I quit with blueberry flavored e-juice
