My husband was able to switch from smoking cigarettes containing nicotine to vaping juice that he was able to scale the nicotine content down to a zero on! Save the government money by preventing expensive cancer treatments and heart disease by allowing the vape industry to continue to release flavored juices. It's time to let the tobacco industry fade away! Cigarettes are so much more dangerous than vaping and I'm super proud of my husband for utilizing it to quit smoking cigarettes before our son is born!

I smoked for over 32 years. Abstinence and pharmaceutical products like pills, patches, gums, lozenges failed & tasted worse than cigarettes. Only vaping fruit and desserts flavored e-liquid worked. I am happily a vapor and non -smoker for almost 4 years now. Also, vaping has become a hobby and I have found a community in which I can belong. Please do not destroy this for me and millions of others.

This is helping so much people such as myself and you guys are trying to get rid of it its like you guys want to see more people die from cigarettes then see more people live from vaping its already been proven in many states that it's a better alternative so please think about what you're doing b4 you try an pass this we like being healthier with vaping.

I began vaping in early 2014, it was a new thing to me and I wanted to better myself health wise. I was able to kick the habit of conventional cigarette smoking. The biggest thing that really helped me quit was the different flavors of the e-juice! I quit smoking strawberry daiquiri flavored e-juice. Here it is 2018 and I’m still going strong with my vaping journey. Taking away our rights to able to choose a flavor of e-juice is like taking away the right to live a healthy life. Vaping saves lives each and every day. The flavors are not the issue, big tobacco company’s are the because people are choosing a safer alternative and they are loosing out on money because of it. The vaping community is at risk because big tobacco is butt hurt over the fact of money.

I'm in a very unique situation, I have absolutely no sense of sweet taste. But due to the role our olfactory senses play in the way we taste, I can taste almost all sweet flavors when I vape. So I vape not only to keep away from traditional cigarettes, but also for the pleasure of being able to taste all the sweets that I have been missing for the last 6 years. This relentless barrage of attacks on our vape community, is waste of taxpayer money, especially when you think of all the people who are lost each year from the effects of traditional combustable tobacco. And can we also talk about alcohol! I have lost 2 very close people in my life due to alcohol and drunk/medicated drivers! Why are you not focused on things that can, and do take lives on a daily basis? It seems your resources would be much better used on trying to regulate an industry that is actually taking lives on a daily basis! And we as a community, are tired of our attackers using the children as a facade to excuse their behavior and greed, these children you are using have parents. Thats who should be responsible for watching and knowing what their kids are doing. It seems we are in an age where money is more important to our greedy elected officials and Big Business, than the publics health and well being. I say NO to S. 3319!!
