To whom it may concern. I smoked since the age of 12 back then you could buy them really easy. Reason I started smoking well my mom smoked & we thought it looked cool. If proper regulations on selling to minors were in place even holding the parents liable. The teen needs to pay ridiculous fines if caught so should stores. I've been smoke free since April 4, 2013. I've helped ppl quit smoking all because of the flavors available.. I continue vaping because there is a huge variety of flAvors. There is no way I would vape tabacco or menthol. Yuck I'll definitely start smoking again. Liquor companies can sell flavored liquor and do u know what I also started drinking young and only because it was flavored. Fireball, Boonesfarm, run omg we use to buy Malibu and mix it with Ocean Water. Many of my friends drank from middle school to the present day. I quit drinking in 2006. Ok usually of you're usually underage if you still live with your parents so where does that kid get money from yep mom and or dad mods aren't cheap neither is juice coils tanks they have to get an adult to purchase them. Or use your parents cards? Same thing with alcohol either the store sells to minors if not an adult buys it for them . So stricter rules need to be put in place for the offender and their parents. Don't make our community pay for the ignorance of others. We have rights and I don't want to smoke again can't stand the smell and my belongings don't smell.

I smoked for 20 years. I was able to quit smoking because of a Mountain Dew flavor vape. Adults want flavors too.

I smoked cigarettes for 10 years and the only thing that has kept me from going back is the vast amount of flavors that I have to vape. If I didnt have these flavors I would go back to smoking. Like vanilla, pear caramel, melon menthol all these flavors are this I vape on the daily and without them I wouldn't be where I'm at right now with my health!

Vaping saved my life I needed surgery and the docs would not do it if I was smoking but told me vaping was better i used strawberry flavored juice pls do not ban our stuff

The flavors are what helped me stay off of traditional cigarettes. I started smoking at an early age, I smoked for 18 years. Right after I turned 34 I started vaping only Oct. 23, 2014. I have in the last three going on four years tried a lot of really good flavors caramel, strawberries n milk, blueberries, jams, custards, puddings, cereal, and pies these are what kept me off of cigarettes. I owe my life to an industry that save my life This industry can help many more adult smokers.

Save the flavors. Safe vaping. Saves lives. Many of us switched due to the flavors of what we vape today. NO it’s not targeted towards kids!!! Adults have made it harder for kids to get a hold of esp shop owners and businesses! We know the science we know the statistics let’s make this work and save vaping!! Vaping contains MUCH MUCH fewer chemicals than cigarettes!!

I smoke 35 years and vape help me to stop. I enjoy the different flavors and there are no urge to buy and eat sweets because of the stop smoke. Who are they to think they have the right to ban products which people use and enjoy. Please spend your time and energies to ban lies and government secrets. We are not your children or properties who you can control. Our health and habbits have nothing to do with you as long as we are not an problem for other.

I remember all to well what got me from smoking 3 packs of menthol cigarettes a day to vaping. It was a cinnamon bun flavored vape juice. Even tho i was a memthol smoker i can not stand thw taste of menthol vape juices and as for tobacco flavored juices i didnt even like regular plain tobacco let alone vape juice that imitates it. Flavors for vapes are essential in the quiting process. Without a good taste to go with it alot of smokers have a hard time switching from what they are used to to vaping which has been proven to be a healthier alternative.

Flavored E-liquid provides an easier means of tobacco cessation. I have been tobacco free for over two years by vaping flavored E-liquid.

Flavors are the ONLY reason i was able to get off the nasty cigarettes. Without I would definitely still be smoking. Cigarettes taste horrible so why would we want that as our only option as an alternative. Might as well just smoke.
