I couldn’t vape if it was tabacco flavor I’d just go back to smoking which I don’t wanna do

E-cigs is the best thing that ever happened to me. Even my oncologist said I could smoke it without tobacco. Which I was smoking 0 Nicotine

Do not ban. Vaping has helped many people I know to stop smoking when nothing else worked and they're so much healthier for it. Flavors do help. Existing laws on no sales to minors should suffice.

I tried to stop dipping with drugs and patches. The only thing that worked for me was the variety of flavors. Banning flavors is going to condemn people to go back to tobacco. It’s going to create a huge black market. Is pot really better than Vape? Nope ban pot not vape.

Safe kid act really.... have you looked at the flavors of alcohol... maybe you don't want to go after that industry because it generates more tax revenue...

There are MANY reasons why I started Vaping & Opened Vaping Genie ;
1. I promised my dying mother I would quit smoking cigarettes . She passed away on my birthday , June 13,2012 . The cancer took her .... She was Smoke Free for 5 years, But that did not matter. She never made it to 62 yrs of age.
I tried ALL Methods and I failed .. Until now ! Vaping worked!
I quit smoking on Feb.26,2013 by using a Vapor Pen using yummy flavors.
2.My Grandfather died from Lung Cancer 2/16/06 at the age of 66, My Aunt Candi & Her 3 month old daughter died in a house fire due to a cigarette in 1985 , My Grandmother had to have oxygen at all times even though she quit smoking over 20 yrs ago , & My health was poor due to smoking for 28 yrs until I quit smoking & started Vaping . Now my health is good at age 47 .
3. I could not get a job for the life of me ! The workforce is nothing like it use to be .... In fact I was unemployed for 12 months ! Not a norm for me .... So I made a HUGE decision on creating a job for my self .... So here I am , A Vape Shop Owner :) Plus, I am able to employ other Americans with families to support.
If you take our Right to Vape any flavor we choose as an adult . It would put thousands, Maybe millions of Americans on the Unemployment line . Including myself & My employees who are FINALLY WORKING & FINALLY SMOKE FREE ! Not to mention , Millions of Americans will go back to smoking deadly Tobacco …..
Let`s be honest , Cigarettes , Cigars, & Chewing Tobacco are Deadly ! But yet they are still being sold .Vaping has proven to be beneficial to MILLIONS of Americans ... And I have not yet seen any harm by the Vapor or The Ingredients that the FDA have already approved ....

If alcohol can have fruit/candy/dessert flavors, why can't vapes?! Vapes are a significantly safer alternative to cigarettes/tobacco products, which you are only required to be 18 years old to purchase, rather than 21 like you need to be in order to purchase alcohol. Teens are extremely likely to smoke cigarettes already... Having flavored vapes is preferable to them getting cigarettes, considering they have 600-ish chemicals and other ingredients VS like... 4 in vapes. It's only an issue because "Big Tobacco" loses a lot of money every time someone switches from smoking to vaping. So they push these BS bills/laws and spread propaganda about vaping, in order to attempt to keep tobacco product customers, It's disgusting. It's like how marijuana is still federally illegal because "Big Pharma" would lose huge amounts of profits from meds and other treatments that would no longer be necessary with weed available, since it has proven huge medicinal benefits and just keeps getting better and better, as far as tests and trials go.

It's always something... Big tobacco pays their lobbyists absurd amounts of money to push these stupid ass bills/laws, because they lose a lottttt of money every time someone switches to vaping from tobacco products.
