Say no to opt -in,just another way for the Park owners to exhaust more funds from there Mobile home owners ,who have honored there leases for many, many, years.

As a mobile home resident in San Jose I am calling on the mayor and the city Council to help us to direct the housing department to cease and desist any more further exploration of OPT IN. let's keep Californians in California by making sure that we can afford our rent.

With rent and housing prices spiraling out of control in San Jose, mobile home park is the only safe haven for many many families with limited income. Thank you Martha for fighting the good fight. NO ON OPT-IN!

Stop the cash grabs, the mobile home owners already make enough. Think of the poor children and poor families making minimum wages. There is no way they can afford the increase.

Rich people don't live in mobile homes. Only people with tight budget live in mobile home parks. please try to continue protecting them.
