We don't have enough money to buy a house. We accept to live in a mobile home. We do not want to lose our mobile home and become a homeless. Please do not increase 3% rental land or more every year. Please don't let "Opt-In" proceed!

As already stated, the current rent control statute addresses many of these issues.
We should be requiring owners to put a certain percentage back into the parks every year to keep up the appearance and condition of the park instead of raising the rents and giving nothing back.

It is outrageous that the City Council and the Mayor would ever consider this action against the tens of thousands of citizens that live in manufactured homes and can't afford this Opt-In. You seem to be taking the sides of the few business men that can easily put so many out of their homes. Taking this action would demonstrate to the citizens the financial involvement our representatives appear to have with the park owners. More payoffs.
