I am the owner of 250 Mountain Springs Drive, San Jose. I do not want Opt In. Passing on park maintenance and improvements to home owners is not in the best interest of owners and puts us in a vulnerable situation of not being able to pay our bills, and can decrease our home equity when the time comes to sell.
