Keep our affordable homes affordable most mobile home community residents are on fixed incomes and any loss of rent control will put us in severe financial hardships.

We are SENIORS that live in the parks. Our income does not increase, our social security doesn't even keep up with cost of living, many people do not have pensions to supplement their incomes. WE NEED RENT CONTROL!!!
