I attended a San Jose City Council meeting once before on this issue and thought it was ended. Rent control in San Jose has been a model for manufactured home communities across the state.. Please don't give in to park owners on this issue--maintain the high road and the leadership position that says RESIDENTS FIRST! Thank you. Jeffrey Hellmuth Quail Hollow Park 95128

Please do not listen to the Opt In advocates. This is not good for Seniors especially in Quail Hollow Mobil Home Park

We need to continue this fight as long as we can breathe and fight the establishment who seems to want to give us the shaft in anyway they can.

So our youth, we ALL plan our military service/kindness to our nation ensures kindness, gratitude when we become the grandparents, the most vulnerable, now it's the young city council ensuring their future care with the kindness of their decision of today.

Mobile home parks present low cost housing to many owners which, as we all know, is a major objective of city of San Jose.

We need affordable housing. The current annual increase should be sufficient.
