Mobile homes are one of the last affordable housing options in Silicon Valley. Raising the cost of living here will lead to increased homelessness!

This is the only housing available without a years long waiting list my family can afford in the area where we work. Please do not allow greedy land owners to take it from us.

Why should we pay for their updates, it is bad enough they keep raising our rent. I live in a mobile home park because this is all I can afford. The park can afford to pay for the upkeep, they have enough money coming in from all the people, why should we pay for it. I agree this one should be rejected.

Living in a mobile home park is all I can afford. The cost of living in San Jose for people is out of control, especially for seniors who are on limited budget. Stop the greed.

This has to be stopped. My mobile home park takes in more money in yearly space rent than they could spend in a year. Almost 9 million.
Why do we need to pay for park maintenance/upgrades???

My mobile home park collects about $750,000 each MONTH in space rent, almost 9 MILLION dollars per year.
After 25 years, they finally start making improvements, and they want me to pay for it. Where are the millions they get each year going.
Similar proposals have been rejected in the past. This one should be rejected also.

I hope you will be able to get to chateau la salle mobile park to get more signatures. This should be posted on nextdoor.com website to reach other parks. Thank you for all the info on this issue.

Please do not carry the opt-in proposal further. Most mobile home residents are on a fixed income and cannot afford any increase in rent, which already increases 3% each year.

My rent has gone up hundreds of dollars, apps. 400 since we moved into Villa Teresa. We are on a fixed income. Please stop this now!
