The construction project is too large and needs to be modified to preserve the beauty of the hillside. This project should not violate zoning laws and restrictions.

this community needs its open spaces. Albion and Lincoln park are not enough. stop ruining our neighborhood with plans like this.

You want to take away our community hills and give them to rich people..... sorry just because they can't afford the Hollywood Hills doesn't mean they need to live out their LA lifestyle fantasy at the expense of our community. This is just another corrupt project directed towards generating profits for developers while lowering the quality of life for current LA citizens, particularly low income and POC. We need an environmental review and --- FBI --- please get us some real politicians that aren't being paid $800k in bribes etc.

This is a needless project that is wildly inappropriate for the site selected. This low income neighborhood does not need more dense housing on a hill that already has limited roadway access and lack of parking. Once again corrupt developers want to ravage our community for profit and plant overpriced eyesores that no one can afford. Please let the city finish investigating our corrupt officials who approve of rotten projects like this - no sane person would approve of a development like this.

Companies and corporations are taking advantage of the pandemic. While people are getting seriously ill or dying, people are ignoring the law, process and destroying our environment. We urge the neighborhood council, the city council and mayor's office to regulate these opportunists and wrong-doers so that they are prevented from destroying the community!

City Hall needs to put a moratorioum on all new construction until the pay to play scandal fbi investigation is completed. Huizars already locked up. How do we know he wasnt paid to approve the new construction permit, and paid to help them bypass environmental. I dont know if this is a small lot subdivision, but im assuming it is and those are market rate, and call for a rezoning- and we dont dont need market rate Luxury housing. and we dont need it on our beautiful hills. stay on the west side. stop your racist land grab of cd14 and cd1 you corrupt racist pay 2 play council and usc affiliates and developers and lobbyists who used to work at city hall PLUC. youre all corrupt. There is a serious overcrowding in rose hills and the construction of over two dozen units is anything but innovative.

Dangerous due to narrow streets already for emergency vehicles, and unneeded! No luxury housing for the elite that destroys habitat for nature and open space for people. No more luxury housing while people are unhoused in our city during a pandemic.
