This is rare pristine habitat I’m an underserved community. It would be detrimental to the community to overdevelop this land.

This project data’s nothing about safe streets and pedestrian access, only road-widening for vehicular access. We the residents of Rose Hills deserve safe, walkable streets.

We have the moral duty and obligation to protect and keep beautiful mother earth;and clean air pollution. We need to plant more and more trees everywhere and have green hills for animals to live and for a balance environment. We need more rivers, lakes, more flora and fauna. All these kind of projects only damage the ecosystem and bring more problems to all. People need to think critically and intelligently It is time to change this negative mentality for the welfare of every one..

There is no infrastructure for this development: streets are small, no parking, and would only further gentrify the already fading community.
