What a horrible mess...small cul-de-sac street that’s narrow where home owners have small parking available as it is...vehicle and pedestrian traffic is overwhelming now to increase more traffic would be dangerous including all the noise and congestion...Home owners also worry about the extreme load bearing from the weight of the units...construction traffic is another concern...now if this construction was considered in the Beverly Hills or Brentwood neighborhoods it would not be allowed.

I am a resident of 4120 Superior Court as of 2015. Another concern is the weight and the movement on that hillside ;the land is already moving downward and moving the house next to me towards my direction more weight in movement can cause a great shift and eventually do damage to my own property and my home. Our streets cannot accommodate the traffic or the population increase as it will already in fringe on the quality of life of permanent residence who’ve already been there in years prior. The noise the traffic and also particularly on my street 4120 Superior Court of the city wants to impose their authority in a way that is unfair to the surrounding residents who been there. You cannot open up a pathway for people to come through stairwell to 4120.It could be a highway for crime for a lot of traffic in a lot of activity that’s unwanted it already loud area. I am completely against this construction and I will not tolerate it near my area I’m going to completely fight this.

This is not only a dangerous proposal but an unsightly one. This neighborhood does not need these 32 houses that the area cannot afford. Lincoln Heights and Flat Top do not need to be gentrified. There is culture and diversity there that defines the city of Los Angeles. The land cannot hold the houses.

This development is a threat to the health, safety and welfare of the People. Henry Suarez is building dangerous not up to code preforclosure abandoned homes in lincoln hts on Flat Top. The substandard hills of sand are not suited for this. This development is an insult and danger to Lincoln Heights, Rose Hills, Happy Valley, and El Sereno. To piecemeal it out as a 32 parcel small lot subdivision of single fam homes only fattens his pockets and it’s the people who will pay the ultimate loss. Through displacement., mudslides, Destruction of our Hills and wildlife in a park poor community where 62% of children live below the fed poverty line. This is no place for 32 $1.2 million mansions. Plus, our infrastructure is not equipped. Only strains the People and will summon more rape and destruction of our precious open space that is being depleted .
