It was a mistake for any expansion to be approved. The business currently does not have adequate parking as required by City Oridinace. Not sure Vince is good for the neighborhood since a focus is clinical trials for drug abusers.

Additional traffic would be a major problem. It's already very difficult to access Metcalf from the west side. Four floors are too high for that location.

Four stories at Vince and Associates is at odds with efforts to beautify Overland Park and the planned development of green space at the former Metcalf South shopping center.

This building is imposing at 3 stories, which is too tall. A 4th story would be far too tall, particularly in comparison with the existing Vince buildings.

My sister lives in the area. My kids along with my sisters and many others deserve a quiet place to be kids. The number one concern of a parent is protecting your child. Increased traffic and persons in the area decreases the safety and security of our children.

There may have been a bait and switch involved here. The notice sent out for the third floor was very vague so we did not protest thinking it is just for the original 2nd floor.

DO NOT let them build this 4th floor. If they want to be such a big company, why don't they go and buy the old Kmart at 95th and Metcalf, then they won't be bothering homes!!
