NO OIL IN OUR SOIL... Re-route your pipeline to save these established communities just like it was done to save Overton Park from I-240 Project!!! DO NOT BRING PIPELINE IN THESE COMMUNITIES... TAKE IT TO YOURS!

On numerous occasions, pipelines have done great long-term damage to the environment, wildlife, and human beings in exchange for short-term benefits. Please put people above profits and prevent this pipeline from damaging the Memphis community.

The path over the aquifer and through low income neighborhoods described as "the path of least resistance" is unconscionable. The hush money paid as a "donation" to first responders, the NAACP and other local organizations is just a legal form of bribery to ensure their silence. We will not stand and watch as this pipeline destroys our resources.

Our environment and our people deserve the utmost respect for putting up with this for so long, but now it is time to do right by both and take the necessary steps to ensure the protection of all. Environmental racism is real and it is happening, so what side of history do you want to be on? I would suggest being on the side of the people.
