The people of memphis don't want a pipeline running by their water, their churches, their homes. They won't accept a bribe in exchange for environmental racism and destruction.

These peoples lives are at risk, that pipeline shouldn’t be prioritized over their lives

The Memphis Sand Aquifer and the Public Health must be protected. NPW 12 does not allow construction of pipelines near drinking water intakes and expressly prohibits activities in proximity to public water supply intakes.

It’s far past time to phase out oil, and it’s even further past time to protect black communities.

We cannot keep colonizing POC. It's just horrible

This pipeline is a clear example of environmental racism. It is time we stop prioritizing profit over the lively hood and survival of marginalized communities.
