I oppose the Byhalia Pipeline project because I live in the Westwood area and as far as I am aware there is potential for toxins to be released in the environment.

This pipeline is a threat to the water table. It does not benifit Americans or take into consideration the wishes of the locals.

We needed to start moving away from oil pipelines decades ago. Building this now, especially through disadvantaged communities, is aggressively dumb.

Environmental Discrimination!!Refineries and other industrial operations are placed in low income, predominantly non-white areas.. this is not right. Just because we choose to live in a certain area does not mean we should be treated differently or with any less respect or regard for our emotional and physical well-being. This project does not only present a danger to our drinking water, but air and soil. We as American Citizens, Tax Payers, Registered Voters and Human Beings have a voice and we should be heard. We are trying to uplift our communities..but how can we set a positive example for our children, parents, and grand parents when all they see around them is lack, poverty, deterioration of the environment and no hope. Help Us Please!!! Stop The Byhalia Connection Pipeline from coming through OUR Community.

Time to ween off of fossil fuels, and to protect vulnerable people, animals, and the environment from the disastrous impacts of oil pipelines! Invest in new CLEAN energy infrastructure, not dirty polluting fossil fuels. Not only is this pipeline a threat to the community, new pipelines don't make sense anywhere. The demand for oil is dropping and new oil infrastructure will become a stranded asset.

As a resident of East Tennessee, I am appalled that we should have to sign something like this. Stop destroying our earth and our communities! Stop big oil!
No oil in our soil.
