Memphis City Council please Pass the Resolution Opposing the Byhalia Connection Pipeline. Keeping natural places natural is the only way our kids will still have these places to enjoy and grow up in the future. The Memphis Sand Aquifer should be protected. This is in an area that buts up to the Mississippi river and is one of the only close to the city wilderness areas. So many kids have their first contact with the outdoors nearby in this area.

This is an outrageous act of environmental racism by Valero, Plains All American, and their Byhalia Pipeline, as they would heartlessly endanger the pristine drinking water for 1,000,000 people! Every pipeline has experienced leaks!
