Route it through the rich neighborhoods and see if the "community" is really for the pipeline? Stuff like this is disgusting and it is ALWAYS to the further detriment of already lower income and marginalized neighborhoods. Memphis City officials should be ashamed...ashamed to their core.

I live in Oregon and spent years fighting to stop an LNG pipeline that would have impacted our forests, farms and drinking water supply. We finally stopped the pipeline, and I hope that the people of Memphis don't have to spend several years before they stop the Byhalia Pipeline!

These pipelines are expensive, harmful and unnecessary..and part of an outdated system that is rapidly destroying or habitat on earth. Do the right thing - no more fossil fuel infrastructure! The people of Memphis deserve better!

What great genius engineer creates plan a pipeline right next to a entire city’s fresh water resource. This proposed pipeline is an environmental crisis as well as a health crisis waiting to happen. I oppose this and the state should too.
