The idea of offline exams for such a big school seems bad. It would be difficult both for the students and the staff to maintain covid-19 safety measures like maintaining 6 feet distance, wearing a mask properly, etc.
Please dont conduct any offline exams as this would be very difficult and could lead to cases increasing.

Exactly ma’am, as a senior I think it’s reluctant of the school to depend on the parents on such short notice and all the kids are not ready to attend offline school, how can they focus on the exams when they’re life is at risk? It isn’t fair on them, they’re very young and they cannot carry this burden, please reconsider as the stress on them is not healthy as exams are to begin on Friday.

Well, totally disagree with this . The whole world is under the grasp of a pandemic. I don’t think it is a good decision to held offline exams. I think everyone agrees with this.

nah its prolly cuz dps gets paid only 70% of the actual fees from online schooling and they are thirsty for money thats y these idiots r putting up offline 4 days before exams

Offline exams at a time like this and at such short notice is not the way forward. Do the authorities assure the parents of the students' safety, are they ready to take on the responsibility of assuring our children's safety against the pandemic? Have the teachers and the students taken the necessary precautions and what about RTPCR? The RTPCR holds true only for 48 to 72 hours , what about the other time..Creating panic among the students and the parents equally, is not healthy for the welfare of the students.

Respected Madam,
Good Evening.
We have just received a notification and planner for class 9th graders final exams. Notification says to send kids to school for annual exams.
On behalf of entire parents of class IX we request you to kindly reconsider this proposal at this time. As all of us are aware of the the fact that vaccinations is not been rolled out to commoners and Kids. Still covid is there in our country, and DPS is a very large school where the strength of the kids, teachers and staff is more.
We would like to add that due to work from home and online schooling lot of parents are not in town and kids are mentally prepared to write the exams online.
Most of the parents don't have provision to Drop and fetch kids plus we cant risk family by using local transportation.
Request you to think about this once again and let's discuss about offline classes after completion of 9th annual exams.
We are very reluctant to send kids to the school at this stage.
As per consent form the onus of risks are completely transferred on parents which is not correct and we are not comfortable signing this one-sided consent form and sending the kid to school. Also taking these decisions just before 5 days of exams is too taxing for the kids and parents.
Hope you understand our concerns.

How is it that the school isn’t responsible if the student is infected? It was their genius idea to reopen and inform us 6 DAYS BEFOFE THE FINALS, they might as well take responsibility or stop this madness at once and conduct it online as they should’ve in the first place.
