this is totally insane by the fact that dpsbn is the only dps that is having the concept of "offline school" because first of all i am damn sure whole bangalore wont be vaccinated in few days and idk how true the "social disctancing" will be and if someone test positive how r u not responsible?? that is a shame that u ppl r not "responsible" for someones suffering. hence i say no to offline exams

It’s too risky, and letting the kids and parents know 6 DAYS before the FINAL EXAMINATION is absurd, without the vaccine, it’s not safe and I don’t think parents will allow either, it’s best to keep it online as the exams are right around the corner, offline schooling can start the term, but for now it’s best to conduct it online and have the cameras and mic turned on at all times, if the faculty doesn’t agree with that, the Parents can monitor their kids through the examination to make sure they don’t refer the books or the internet, please take this into consideration as you haven’t thought this through and it’s a GLOBAL PANDEMIC...

Having done preparation using online classes and writing offline exams is easily the best way for a student to fail
Sometimes, even if the question paper remains the same, the surrounding environment also plays a role in the students' performance
Moreover, this late announcement is not accepted and catches us off guard.
There's two choices:
Either postpone the exam dates by another week or 2 and conduct it offline. OR start it according to the already-made schedule. but, online.

Pick uo and Drop not possible for parwnts as they have their jobs also. Again not everyome has the ease of having a pvt car or driver who can do the same.

They put this announcement a week before the actual exams and didn’t even try and postpone it. No bus facilities and vaccine is not available to the public.

With the pandemic not completely over we feel it’s highly risky to expose our children to write the annual exams offline at the school premises while this could very well be done online as was done during the mid terms and other routine tests and assessments that were conducted over the year. Not at all in support of the offline exams for students until things return normal.

Without vaccinations school and government is putting children life at risk. I strongly recommend to have exam online and postponed any in persson exam or classes.

Having said that the covid-19 pandemic has affected substantially over all sectors of development across the world, it is wiser to be patient and yet careful in safeguarding the health of children. The offline exam definitely impacts positively on young minds, but if it is dependent on the environment too. And, avoiding such environment is inevitable. Therefore, its wiser to have online exam for the children in the current academic year, rather than disturbing the the whole system. Dear parents, thanks for raising your voices.
