I have lived on the flinders for a year and move there in a heart beat again the people and lifestyle is second to none felt at home there absolutely every second of everyday i was there and definitely loved the people that live there the from the locals to the indigenous beautiful people made me feel at HOME!!!!

it's not just gloves and goggles and test tubes sparkly clean
it's radioactive poisons from inside the death machine
that makes medical isotopes for things like a sick kidney
the Lucas Heights nuclear reactor in Australia near Sydney ,,,
totally not needed because we can work like Canada
and make our medical isotopes without a reactor ...
and Lucas Heights high level waste is on a wave of greed
to be stored in this national waste dump we don't need
the nutters running Lucas Heights are expanding quick
to make more money and more waste to make you sick

Why pick such a beautiful region to put a nuclear waste dump why don't the people in Canberra get out of your Ivory towers and have a good look at the country in Sth Aus and for once stop thinking MONEY and think of the clean green country side and what is good for Sth Aus..

This must not happen. The Flinders Ranges are one of Australia's most iconic and important eco systems - rich in natural and spiritual history. Common sense must prevail over short term economic and political opportunism.
