I can't wait to stomp on Varni, Villa, Dury, Casalinuovo and Ernst. They can't win - I have to win. It's all about winning!

My service a lot of homes here on the strand it's also vacation rentals many of us will be out of jobs as well as income from the rentals I think it is counterintuitive and we don't need to have this turn into a ghost town.

I can't imagine the County allowing this to happen with the "Cash Cow" for them in hotel taxes we pay, as well as the lost tourism dollars. They're already losing massive revenue as the Off-Roaders go away.

Just wait until Paulding takes office. He is not for us. He will make sure this is a done deal.

Vacation rental bring tourist & $$ to the Central coast. The income from someones real estate investment is there main source of living. this would have a dramatic negative financial impact on the County. I STRONGLY oppose restricting vacation rentals because of a few individuals.

Im a small business owner of a Janitorial service which I clean and maintain these vacation rental houses on the Strandway and Pier Ave. These new ordinances are drastically affecting my livelihood and my helpers livelihood! There is no reason to shut down vacation rentals. Theses homes support the community!

Our family has been vacationing in Oceano for well over 60 years. We love the area and decided to purchase the property located at 608 Mendel drive Oceano. As the cost of living and owning property has risen over the years we decided to also use our property for vacation rentals which has worked out well for our family as well as the many families who enjoy our property and others like it spending precious family vacationing time together. I also believe that having vacation rental properties available in the Oceano/Pismo beach communities helps to reduce the demand for further motel development thus helping to protect and preserve our beautiful central California coast environment.
