there are other areas remote to the general public than placing this dismal building, why not consider communities like riverdale etc...

WE NEED MORE COMMUNITY OUTREACH, AND PROGRAMS TO HELP THOSE THAT NEED IT, AND PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE AND EMPOWER OUR YOUTH TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES.
