the 2nd Amendment clearly says government shall not infringe on are right to have firearms at anytime. our forefather gun quotes. =

Californian's gun rights are already being violated. The state has pushed too far and make it hard for good citizens to obtain firearms. With our rights as US citizens being unlawfully taken away already in this state, any more restrictions would be a complete disregard for the constitution and the American way.
